At Sunshine Educational Psychology, I operate independently and am not affiliated with any insurance networks. This means that payment for services is the responsibility of the client, to be settled in full at or before the time of service. Direct billing to insurance companies is not provided. However, upon request, clients can receive a 'superbill' from me. This document can be submitted to their insurance company to explore potential 'out-of-network' benefits. The 'superbill' serves as a record of services rendered by Sunshine Educational Psychology, to be submitted by the client to their insurance provider. Prior to the initial appointment, it is recommended that families contact their insurance company to inquire about mental health benefits and reimbursement rates for out-of-network services.
